The short version
- Email hello@buzzerdesk.com and ask us to delete your data.
- We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we might hold
Buzzer Desk has no user accounts. Our website has no sign-up forms, analytics or cookies, and our Instagram publishing app does not collect information about other Instagram users. The only personal information we are likely to hold about you is email you have sent us: your address and the contents of your messages.
How to request deletion
- Email hello@buzzerdesk.com from the address you want removed.
- Use the subject line "Delete my data".
- If you used more than one address to contact us, list each one.
What happens next
- We delete your messages and your address from our inbox and from any notes made from them, within 30 days.
- We reply once to confirm it is done. We then delete that reply as well.
- If the law requires us to keep something, we will tell you what and why.
Instagram and Facebook
Your follows, likes and comments on our Instagram posts are stored by Meta, not by us. You can remove them yourself in the Instagram app, and you can manage or delete your Meta data in your Instagram and Facebook settings.
Our publishing app is used only by Buzzer Desk to post to our own account. No other person can connect an account to it, so it holds no user data to delete.
